  Michael is a Diploma holder in Information Technology, Certificate holder in Geographical Information Systems (GIS), Certificate Holder in Ecovillage Design Education for Sustainability and   a co-founder of Students for Global Democracy Uganda. He  has been involved in several Youth and community activities localy.He is a Global Ecovillage Network Ambassador for Uganda and in charge of the Developing the GEN-Africa database, with responsibilities of administering and enrolling of several sustainability projects in Africa.He is currently involved as   a volunteer with info4disasters (http://info4disaster.org), the first online Emergency Operation Centre(EOC) in charge of the East African Region. He is an ambassador for INEX(http://www.inex.org/about/ambassadors//)He was involved in online volunteering with UN OCHA in the Crisis Mapping of Libya, he was a 2011 National Election Observer for the just concluded Presidential elections in Uganda and has been also involved in several youth leadership and community development Organizations.Michael has skills in crisis mapping, Geo-referencing, GPS Data collection and cartography, Savvy in online media monitoring, creation of daily situation analysis reports. He has networked with several GIS experts and contributed to the UN OCHA mandate in Libya.
